| Meet the Management Team |
Roger S. Metz - Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Director of Development
One of CoActiv’s first professional staff members, Mr. Metz is a part of the management team. He participates in both strategic planning and management of day-to-day activities. He was largely responsible for the rapid development of EXAM-PACS® and its success in the competitive world of digital medical imaging.
Prior to joining the CoActiv, for 14 years Roger served in various executive positions at CoActiv’s parent company AMSYS, Inc. His most recent position at AMSYS was Senior Network Engineer and Director of Medical and Radiology Support Services.
Roger is a true "computer geek" who also enjoys fast cars, water skiing and mountain biking. A resident of Sandy Hook, CT, he attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT, where he majored in Computer Science.

John S McDougall - Vice President of Operations
John McDougall is responsible for management of CoActiv finance and operations, including purchasing and accounting. He also coordinates PACS, modality and medical equipment leasing with CoActiv’s financing partners.
Before joining CoActiv, Mr. McDougall held management positions with AMSYS, Inc., parent company of CoActiv, since 1990. Most recently at AMSYS, he served as the Vice President of Operations with responsibilities that included supervision of the AMSYS IT staff at Danbury Hospital from 1993 to 2002. His role in restructuring and training Danbury staff enabled the hospital to bring its IT desktop support in-house. While at AMSYS, John also worked with both marketing and technical staff to develop standard procedures to address the constantly changing IT environment.
Prior to this, Mr. McDougall served with the US Navy, where he retired as a Full Commander USNR-R. His background also includes positions as Contract and Site Manager for American Systems hospital management, Office & Warehouse Manager for Snap-On Tools and Controller for American Computer Leasing.
Mr. McDougall graduated from the University of Notre Dame. He received an MBA from Western Connecticut State University Ancell School of Business and has numerous certificates and credits in finance and financial planning.

Geoffrey Langdon - Vice President of IT, Data Systems & Security
Geoffrey Langdon is responsible for developing and maintaining CoActiv’s PACS and IT infrastructure with an emphasis on security, reliability, performance and scalability. He works closely with the CTO to keep the company in the forefront of technological innovation.
Mr. Langdon’s 35-year engineering and IT career has focused on designing and producing reliable, state-of-the-art technology. Geoff joined CoActiv sister company AMSYS, Inc. in 1994, serving in various technical, engineering and business management capacities. Most recently, he was Executive Vice-President and Senior Technical Engineer.
Prior to joining AMSYS, for more than 10 years, he was Engineering and Technology Manager for the North American Philips Professional Audio and Broadcast division. For 10 years, he also held a similar position with Siemens / Neve, developing, marketing and supporting professional electronic and communication products. In the early 1980s at the dawn of PC-based business computing, Mr. Langdon implemented a remarkably stable and reliable Novell network for Siemens / Neve.
During that period, as Chairman of the ANSI / AES standards committee on professional audio, Mr. Langdon helped usher in the age of digital audio in both the professional and consumer arenas. Recognized for his efforts and impact on the industry, Mr. Langdon was named a Fellow of the Audio Engineering Society.
Geoffrey Langdon graduated from the University of Florida, with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Broadcast Production / Journalism. At the University, Mr. Langdon’s talents and experience drew the attention of the United States Marine Band, "The President's Own", and he was appointed Chief Engineer of Recording and Technology. During his tour with the Band, he was responsible for all facets of technical facilities design, construction and operations, including providing recording and audio services for concerts at the White House.
Trained in Information Security by ex-National Security Agency staff, Mr. Langdon has developed an expertise in designing and implementing business data systems that are robust and secure, yet-cost effective and eminently approachable by the "non-geek" businessperson.

Charles D. O’Neill - Director of Client Services
Charles O’Neill is responsible for the management of CoActiv client services, including IT installation, maintenance, training and support.
Before joining CoActiv in 2003, Mr. O’Neill served in various management and client consulting positions at AMSYS, Inc., parent company of CoActiv. As consulting Director of Information Technology for Advanced Radiology Consultants, he redesigned the practice’s WAN and LAN to integrate RIS, PACS, dictation and voice network systems. Advanced Radiology Consultants is a large radiology practice with sites throughout Southern Connecticut.
While at AMSYS, Mr. O’Neill also served for several years as a consulting Manager of Desktop Services for Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT where he was responsible for the main hospital campus and six off-site locations.
Prior to joining AMSYS, Charles was Marketing Manager for Inset Systems of Brookfield, CT, a premiere graphics conversion and utility company. He also was also responsible for vendor training and educational materials.
Charles is a graduate of Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT. He also attended Université Laval, Quebec, Canada, for post-graduate education.

Rob Damiani - Director of Sales
As Director of Sales Rob Damiani is responsible for managing a team of regional managers and channel partners. In that position, he also establishes and manages relationships with software OEMs with the goal of creating business partnerships. Additionally, he is responsible for new business development and management of trade show activities.
Rob Damiani brings to CoActiv a diverse background in medical imaging sales and engineering. Prior to joining CoActiv, Rob was a sales executive at Medical Imaging Systems in Shelton, CT, winning top-producer honors from 2002 through 2004 with annual sales greater than $2 million. His background also includes positions as a PACS/DR Sales Specialist at Dynamic Imaging/Canon Medical Systems in Mahwah, NJ, and Sales Account Executive at Medical Imaging Systems in Shelton, CT, where he was a top producer in 1999 and 2000 with annual sales of more than $1.5 million.
During his career, Mr. Damiani also served as a Field Service Engineer at the Lorad Division of Trex Medical in Danbury, CT in the mid 1990s and held a similar position at Zwick of America, Inc. in East Windsor, CT from 1988 to 1993. He also served as an engineer at Consolidated Controls Corp. of Danbury, CT.
Rob attended Porter & Chester Institute in Waterbury, CT and received certification as an Electronic Engineer. He later attended Mattatuck Community College, also in Waterbury, where he continued his education in electronics engineering.
