CoActiv’s technical support staff is ready and on call, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, to provide a timely response to any questions or problems. We will diagnose a problem and devise an efficient and expedient solution, either over the phone or by coordinating a site visit. We also have the capability to dial directly into all the servers and workstations of your EXAM-PACS system to solve a problem or just to demonstrate proper use.
During regular business hours, 9-5 Eastern Standard Time, you can talk immediately to our support staff. On evenings, weekends and holidays, you can leave a message and expect a call back usually within fifteen minutes.
