CoActiv Names Northeast PACS Sales Manager
Ridgefield, CT – CoActiv Medical, a software and systems provider to hospitals and radiology imaging centers, announced today the appointment of Robert Damiani as Northeast Regional Sales Manager of the EXAM-PACS® division. Mr. Damiani will lead all direct sales initiatives for all PACS (picture archiving and communications systems) products and services throughout the northeast corridor. He will also be responsible for the management and coordination of all sales efforts by CoActiv resellers in the same geographic area.
Rob Damiani has proven medical imaging and IT sales experience and has been a top producer of PACS and associated product sales for the past three years. Mr. Damiani has more than seven years experience with several technology companies where he has successfully developed completely integrated digital imaging solutions for imaging centers and hospital imaging departments. Implementing an appropriate and affordable solution requires the ability to successfully negotiate with medical equipment manufacturers, distributors and hospitals — a skill at which Mr. Damiani excells. Rob has a strong technical background that includes extensive service and set-up experience with CR and other digital imaging equipment, giving him a strong understanding of the overall PACS picture and the working IT background required to make it all work.
